Job Title: Depot Representative
Locations: Delta, Cross River
Employment Type: Permanent
Responsibilities

The Depot Representative shall promptly report to the Logistics Manager all that happens at designated Depots and carry out the following duties;

  • Investigate the authenticity of depots before purchase of AGO Products are made.
  • Confirm the availability of AGO Products at designated Depots.
  • Carry out Density / Lab Test (Integrity Test) of AGO Products at designated depots.
  • Confirm the availability of empty Trucks and prepare them for Loading.
  • Follow-up with the Trucks Loading Programs of the as approved by the Logistics Manager.
  • Preparation of loading the loading tickets /LRSs as soon as the loading program is ready and published on the notice board.
  • Monitor the truck loading process, and in case of any delay report back to the Logistics Manager to give further directive.
  • Report back to the Logistics Manger with details of all loaded Trucks immediately they are loaded and out of the loading bay.
  • Hand over loading trucks and reconcile with the depot for the closing balance.
  • And any other assigned depot related responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Must have a good first degree.
  • At least two (2) years related experience.
  • Experience working in the Telecommunication industry would be an added advantage.
  • Must have knowledge of AGO products.
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS packages especially MS Excel.
  • Excellent reputation for integrity and judgment.
  • Strong Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Must be willing to work in any of our depots in Cross Rivers and Delta state.

Job Title: Account Officer

Job Description
The Account Officer will assist the Account Unit to carryout the following functions:

  • Retirement and reconciliation of field staff petty cash account.
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of regional bank and cash accounts.
  • Serving as backup/replacement for regional accountants in case of leave of absence.
  • Correction of errors using adjusting journals.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./ H.N.D from recognized institution.
  • Maximum of 3 years accounting experience.
  • Accounting certification (Added Advantage).
  • Highly proficient in the use of MS Excel.
  • Highly efficient with figures.

Job Title: Fuelling Manager (Diesel)

Responsibilities
The diesel manager will carry out the following functions:

  • Oversea general sourcing and distribution of diesel to all telecom sites under our management.
  • Design an efficient sourcing strategy for diesel.
  • Create a working fueling schedule to be followed by Team leads, suppliers, and site guards.
  • Attend to on calls for emergency fueling calls.
  • Ensure Escalation Management counts on fuel shortages are maintained at zero
  • Ensure all relevant documentation and set procedures are adhered to.
  • Monitor fuel consumptions and profitability
  • Daily reporting of status of fuel on all Backbone sites.
  • Reconcile amounts of diesel paid for and delivered by vendors
  • Processing of payment for new consignments.
  • Ensure continuous stock review to avoid stock depletion below stock limit.
  • Make sure proper documentation is done.
  • Alternative power supply management
  • Prepare monthly work schedule
  • Hybrid and PHCN status reporting
  • Quality Management System.
  • Ensure conformity with the Quality Management System.
  • Ensure products supplied are within the approved specifications.

Requirement/Qualification

  • A degree in Procurement or Purchasing and Supply Management or other related fields.
  • At least ten (10) years related experience.
  • Telecoms experience of at least five (5) years.
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS packages especially MS Excel.

Job Title: Power Solutions Maintenance Technician

Job Description

  • In view of our recent site acquisition across the country, we are looking to massively hire skilled and experienced electrical and mechanical Technicians to effectively maintain our newly acquired sites.

Their key responsibilities are:

  • Troubleshooting of faulting Generators and ATS/AMF panel.
  • Carrying out preventive (servicing) and corrective maintenance of AC power generators of capacity 10, 20,30, 40kva etc. for 24/7 power supply to network component.
  • Generator Overhauling.
  • React to emergency faults and ensure that faults are rectified promptly within contracted Service Level Agreement
  • Attending to phone calls from NOC.
  • Understanding detail panel circuit and operations of ATS/AMF panel.
  • Synchronization of Generator with synchronizing panel.
  • Understanding detail electrical circuitry of Generator and its operations
  • Liaise with the fuelling department to ensure scheduled diesel supply to sites.
  • Regular site inspection and spot checks.

Qualifications

  • Trade Test Certification in Diesel Generator Maintenance and Electrical works.
  • HND / B. Sc degree in Electrical / Mechanical or related fields.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years hands – on experience as a field engineer in the Telecom industry.
  • Must have ATS and Hybrid power knowledge.
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Packages especially MS Excel.
  • Evidence of previous working experience in any of our locations is an added advantage

Job Title: Senior Procurement Officer

  • The Senior Procurement Officer shall manage two or more related categories in the Procurement Department
  • Responsible for Price negotiations, vetting and issuing approvals.
  • Closely supervise other procurement personnel in the department.
